First Financial Associates

First Financial Associates (FFA) was selected by several Federal agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to manage and administer the IRS / NTEU Child Care Subsidy (Tuition Assistance) Program for 2003 (IRS CCSP 2003), the USDA Child Care Subsidy Program (USDA CCSP), the HUD Child Care Subsidy Program (HUD CCSP), The Program Support Center Child Care Subsidy Program (PSC CCSP).

The OPM Form 1644 can be used by Child Care Providers who are providers services to either of the aboved listed programs.
