Financial Associates (FFA) was selected by the
Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to manage and administer
the IRS / NTEU Child Care Subsidy (Tuition Assistance)
Program for 2003 (IRS CCSP 2003).
The
IRS and the National Treasury Employees Union
(NTEU) have established a Child Care Subsidy (Tuition
Assistance) Program in accordance with Public
Law 107-67, Section 630. This law permits Federal
agencies, contingent upon funding, to use appropriated
funds to assist their lower income employees with
child care costs.
